Step 1: Hold Sleep/Wake button for few seconds and then slide on “slide to power off” from left to right to Power off your iPhone.
Step 2: Plug in your iPhone with your computer and at the same time press and hold Home button. Your iPhone will be automatically turned on.

Step 4: When you connect your iPhone with iTunes then you need to tap on “OK” when iTunes will prompt a message.

You can unlock iPhone passcode using iCloud only when you have enabled IOS’s most amazing feature “Find My iPhone”.
Step 1: Go to iCloud.
Step 2: Enter you Apple ID and password to sign in.
Step 3: You will see “All Devices” at the top of the window. Click it
Step 4: Now, select your device from the list of devices.
Step 5: Click “Erase”. It will erase all the data from that device.
Step 6: Now, to restore your data, follow the same steps as described above.
