Alternatives for LED Notifications on Galaxy Phones.

Samsung has been upgrading its specifications every year, but it is not just the expensive and well known models they upgrade, they also pay a lot of attention to the mid-range models. This very reason makes Samsung establish a very strong position through out its target audiences. There is one particular feature that is very popular amongst its user and it is not the fingerprint reader or the camera stabilization, but rather it is the LED notifications on Galaxy phones

LED notifications on Galaxy phones notify the user of any missed call or any messages. New Galaxy A series do not have this feature or the other new mid or low range models. So it seems like there is no way to alert the user of any missed calls or messages besides the user turning on the screen and checking.

Luckily there are a certain things you can do to enable features similar to that of the LED notifications on Galaxy phones.
First, there is the Smart Alert feature. When enabled, your phone will vibrate after every few seconds when you have any missed call or messages.
Secondly, there is a feature of using camera’s LED flash.

This feature will only alert you the moment you are receiving a call or getting a message or an email. So it is not like the LED notification before, but it in some way it is kind of similar to that.
More elaborate functions can be found from downloading applications on the Play Store. Just search ‘Flash Notifications’ and you will be shown plenty of applications to choose from.

These methods do not give you the exact functionality like before, but it is the next best thing if you have not gotten a LED notifications on Galaxy phones
