In such a case you are eligible for iSight Camera Replacement program launched by Apple for iPhone 6 plus users.
Apple on its official website accepted that this defect occurs in some limited number of devices that were sold primarily between September 2014 and January 2015. The affected devices will be verified by the limited serial number range that was sold in that time period.
The company on its official website says
“Apple has determined that, in a small percentage of iPhone 6 Plus devices, the iSight camera has a component that may fail causing your photos to look blurry. The affected units fall into a limited serial number range and were sold primarily between September 2014 and January 2015.”
If you are facing the same problem in your iPhone 6 Plus then to check if your device is one of the affected ones then visit Apple’s website. Enter your device’s serial number there and submit. The company will verify that either you are eligible or not. If your device is one of the affected ones then you should not worry for that because Apple is going to facilitate you. The company will not replace the whole device but only your device’s iSight camera.
“If your iPhone 6 Plus is producing blurry photos and falls into the eligible serial number range, Apple will replace your device’s iSight camera, free of charge.” The Company says.
