Install Google Apps on Xiaomi with MIUI ROM

In China, a lot of apps, services and websites that are pretty utilitarian for the rest of the world are banned. They have their own version of their social media apps, Google Maps, etc. So, if your Xiaomi device was meant to be used in China and has MIUI ROM, it won’t support Google Apps or Services. Along with it, you won’t be able to use any other social media or communication apps like WhatsApp or Facebook. I will show you how to install Google Apps on Xiaomi with MIUI ROM using MicroG in this guide.

Xiaomi, a Chinese electronics company established in 2010, has become one of the world’s largest smartphone manufacturers. The company gained popularity, especially in emerging markets, due to its reputation for producing high-quality devices at affordable prices. Xiaomi phones boast impressive build quality, robust hardware, powerful camera capabilities, and an extensive product range to cater to the needs of different buyers.

Xiaomi’s smartphones are just as competitive as those of higher-end brands like Apple and Samsung. Xiaomi’s strategy of offering sturdy smartphones at budget-friendly prices has helped the company gain a significant market share among budget-conscious consumers. The company’s smartphones come equipped with a user-friendly and highly customizable MIUI operating system based on Android, which enhances the overall user experience with a wide range of themes and features.
