If you ever logged into any of Samsung’s service like Galaxy Apps, or Galaxy Games. Then you don’t have to worry. You must have made a Samsung account to use the apps.

In this guide, we will make use of Samsung’s Find My Mobile service to unlock your Galaxy S8 remotely. You will need your email or phone number that was registered with Samsung account. After it is unlocked you can connect your phone to your computer and copy all the data from your phone to your computer.

  1. First of all, go to Samsung Find my Mobile.
  2. Click on Find.
  3. Log in using your Samsung Account. If you don’t remember your username or password. Use the “forget your ID or password” option to get back your login credentials.
  4. Once logged in you will get to perform a number of features on your broken Galaxy S8 remotely. Like in the screenshot below.
  5. Select the “Unlock My Device” option.
