I did like you sad but it still.doesnt work . I dont see anywere yes delete all. I see only yes or no and i do yes but the result is the same . How can i do please help

If you are still not able to figure out how to do it. Just watch a youtube video on how to factory reset any samsung phone.
If its still not working for you. Go to settings of your phone. There, you will see an option backup and reset.

I did same as you told but after select delete. All user data my mobile nkt giving me another option it srill show formatting. Data

It will take time to format. Wait for sometime. Dont try to reset or turn off your phone while its formatting.

I did that, but when I was prompted and selected wipe data, it says “no command” error. Actually I tried all the menus and it still says “no command” error with the “dead android logo” display. How to fix that?
Seems like your phone is soft bricked. It is nothing to worry about . Software is corrupted. You will have to flash the firmware again.
