When everything fails, there are just three methods left. Two of them are easy. One solution takes some but will make your phone as you took it out of the box.

  • First, solve this Issue by clearing the Cache and performing a factory reset from the recovery menu.
  • Turn off your phone.
  • Press the Volume Up + Home + Power button simultaneously. Hold the buttons until you see the Android logo on the screen.
  • Now you’re on the recovery menu. Here, you can use the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select.
  • First, wipe the Cache from your system. (It won’t delete any data present in your phone).
  • Once done, you will see the Cache wipe complete in the log present at the bottom of your screen.
  • Go to the Reboot System option and select it.
