Start using AirPods for the best audio experience on an iPhone. However, AirPods will sync from time to time, and if you use them on multiple devices like iPad, iPhone, and Mac, sometimes you might experience issues that can be easily solved by resetting the AirPods.

If you are wondering how to reset the AirPods, place them in the case and close them. After a minute, open up the case lid and go to the Settings app on your iPhone. Now, select Bluetooth, choose the “i” next to the AirPods, tap the option Forget This Device, and re-pair the AirPods.

Use the Apple Logo as a Button

Did you know that the Apple logo on your iPhone’s back can be used as a button, and you can decide what you want it to do? If you do not keep your iPhone in a case, this could become a very convenient feature you can use.

To enable the Apple logo on the back of your phone, open the Settings app, Accessibility, and then choose Touch. Now, scroll down, turn the Back Tap option on, and choose what it does. For example, by double-tapping, you can enable Siri.

Edit Your Home Screen

The most awaited feature of iOS 18 is the availability to edit your Home Screen by adding multiple widgets. To add the widgets to your Home Screen, simply long-press on the Home Screen until you see a plus icon at the top left corner of your iPhone.

Now, click on the plus icon to see a list of widgets you can use, including Photos, Clock, Calendar, Notes, and even a Smart Stack. Smart Stack will automatically choose a widget depending on what widgets you use the most often or at a particular time of the day.

Choose Default Apps

Another new feature of iOS 18 is the ability to choose the default apps for internet browsers and other things. For example, as the default browser on an iPhone has always been Safari, now you can set the default browser to Google Chrome.

To edit this setting, open the Settings app, find the app you want to make default, tap on it, and choose what you want it to be used for.

Use the App Library

App Library is a new option for storing apps you do not use as often but want to keep on your iPhone. In addition, you can now set where you want the app to appear after you have downloaded it.

Before, newly downloaded apps used to appear on the Home Screen; now, you can send them straight to the App Library by editing some settings. Launch the Settings app, choose Home Screen, go to the Newly downloaded apps section, and tap App Library only.

Remove Home Screens

With the newest iOS, you can manage your Home Screens even faster. For instance, you can remove an entire Home Screen with a few clicks.

First, press on a free space on the Home Screen. Then, all Home Screens will appear as a list of dots at the bottom of the screen. Click on those dots, and the dots will navigate you to a menu that displays all your Home Screens and lets you easily remove them. It is one of the most exciting tips for the iPhone.
