- To get into the recovery menu, while your S7 is off. Press volume up + home + power button simultaneously. Keep on holding the buttons till you see Android figure on your screen.
- Now you will see a number of options on the screen. Use volume keys to navigate to “Wipe Cache Partition“. Use the power button to select it.
- Now it will confirm if you really want to wipe cache. Select yes.
- See the log on the bottom of the screen. When clearing cache process will be complete. Then select “Reboot System Now” to restart your phone.
That’s all, even if it takes some time to clear cache, give it time. Don’t restart it or power off while it is in process.
